tengo un problema, siempre he jugado lo mas normal a rainbow si, nunca tuve problemas.
ahora hace 1 mes q no puedo entrar al juego por q no me lo inicia, alguien sabe q puede ser

Fijate en las propiedades del .exe depende de si usas Vulkan o el otro cambiar la compatibilidad de Windows, te diria que intentes con W7 y W8 aparte de ponerlo como administrador también.

Now it's been 1 month since I can't enter the game because it doesn't start it for me, does anyone know what it could be

Hey there.

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with launching the game.

The first thing I would suggest is to attempt each step suggested here[support.ubi.com]. These steps are known to resolve most of the common causes of crashing/freezing.

If after doing so you're still experiencing issues I'd then recommend opening a support case. You can reach us either through the support website[support.ubi.com] by opening a live chat session or alternatively through our social media accounts on Facebook[en-gb.facebook.com] and Twitter and they will be able to create a support case for you.

After you've opened the case if I can also ask you to attach two system reports to the case that will assist us in identifying any potential cause. The reports we need from you are:

I still can't start the game, the starting game tab skips and it can take 2 hours but it can't start, I've been playing for a long time and I've never had this problem, I need a solution please
