Year 4 Pass is GONE
Dear supports,
I'd bought 16K credits in Uplay store, and by terms of some Christmas sale or something, I've got Year 4 Pass. Then a few days ago it was taken away, yet Volcano skin and charm remained on the account. I left a ticket on UbiSupport, the response was:

"Hello,
Thank you for contacting Ubisoft support.
You recently contacted us regarding a missing season pass for Rainbow Six: Siege. By checking your account information, I can confirm that the season pass for Rainbow Six: Siege has been revoked from the Steam app.
To solve this situation, you need to contact Steam support:
https://help.steampowered.com
If you have any further questions, please let us know and we will be happy to assist you.

It seems like all supports are saying the exact same thing to everyone, both Russian and global ones, and everyone is mad.

I went to Steam, but it keeps sending me back to Ubisoft Support. I really would like to get my Year 4 Pass back, because the amount of money that was spent on these credits is pretty high.
I hope this is a bug though, the bug which needs to be fixed :D

I have the same problem too i lost my year 4 pass and asked the ubi support they said that the year 4 was revoked by steam ask steam support but steam is directing me back to ubi support so how to solve it? I just want to know why it is being revoked the steam didn't give any info about it

Я использую Гугл переводчик. Тогда это удалено STEAM. Из-за мошеннической деятельности. Свяжитесь с вашим поставщиком 5mmo. у меня та же проблема. Я связался с моим поставщиком. Они сказали, что попытаются помочь с этим. Но это не гарантия возврата 100%.

The thing is STEAM detected as suspicious of fraudulent activity that is why they revoked it i think. Mine got revoked too so i asked on STEAM support team why it is got revoked maybe they will give answer. Must solve this issue or more will come.
At last someone bring this up!!! I thought i'm the only one who experience it. I send my ticket to ubisoft last week but i still didn't get the answer i needed.

This is my thought, maybe if any one got their year 4 pass from 3rd party web site it has a chance to get revoked by STEAM even it was from UPLAY. Also i asked Ubi support they said it got REVOKED by STEAM then i asked STEAM support they said i don't have DLC need screenshot of the digital key. I don't have the digital key only have screenshot of the game that i had year 4 pass so i asked the 3rd party web site for the digital key to recover but they said they got it from Uplay in-game store directly NOT through STEAM. But STEAM REVOKED it. So i thought mine got revoked because i was switching my accounts a lot i bought 1 starter from RU Store the other one is from my default store which means also my 2 accounts uses different defaultarg.dll, streaminginstall file so i think there is technical issue between STEAM and UPLAY. I accidentally launched my game with my other STEAM account (onyx_noesis) but i logged into UPLAY as my this Steam account (onyxsenpai) that could have messed up the keys. Because on screen it said the product has different owner so i realized i forgot to log out of UPLAY before launching my game with other account that might have REVOKED it. And the Ubi support couldn't help because the problem was on STEAM side who REVOKED and Steam support couldn't help if i don't have screenshot of digital key. I don't have digital key and i bought it from 3rd party website so they required screenshot of correspondence of Ubi support also 3rd party website to investigate further. Steam support guy suspects if the 3rd party website gave me year 4 pass with stolen visa this could happen because of fraudulent transaction and there is no way to recover the year 4 pass and suggesting me the only way to get year 4 pass back is ask for refund from that website and purchase new one from steam or uplay with my own secure visa so it would be easier to solve the issue because i will have the purchase history my steam and transaction info on the bank.

Steam don't have the power to revoke keys from Uplay unless it was a Steam key. The Third party site that you purchased the key from are either confused or misleading you when they say they bought it from Uplay.

You cannot gift or give users keys from Uplay, these will have been Steam keys that were purchased by them through a fraudulent method and when Steam discovered this they told us to Revoke the key.
