Revoked year 4 season pass
I had the year 4 season pass activated on uplay until March 10 when i log back in and saw my pass was gone. Upon contacting Uplay customer support they said that my pass was revoked by steam and they said

Upon further review it does appear that your Year 4 Gold Edition has been revoked. This seems to be an issue related to the Steam Client / Service. You will need to contact Steam Support directly for assistance with this issue.

The support site on steam keeps directing me back to ubisoft customer support so i dont know what to do. Please help.

I am sorry that you are being passed between companies, but we would only refer you to Steam if it is an issue on their end.

Yes I already knew that but this loop of pushing support form steam to ubi and vice versa is very confusing

I understand, on our end we can't give you any information as we didn't revoke it, as Steam revoked it they are the only ones who can tell you why this happened.

We can only give information on revoked games if bought from our own store.

Both of the companies trying to play Ring a Ring o' Roses, hilarious. Try contacting steam support again, but just be very clear to not have them redirect you to Ubisoft. This seems to have happened to some of the others too. What was your payment method? Did you ever get any money back?

Were you even able to send a message?
If you didnt, go to the link that was given to you. Choose Steam community, and i need help in another thing. Contact Steam that way. They helped me to refund Arma 3, when i had over 8 hours and 30 days+ from the purchase. They might be able to help you. Just make sure to tell them that you have already contacted ubisoft.

I activated my pass via ubisoft game code and no I never for my money back.

Thank you I didnt know that you can open a ticket over there. I'll try and come back with the result. (To be honest they should put the ability of opening a ticket back to the "resolving a solution" page)
