Could you fix this ♥♥♥♥ing game?
I'm waiting for 1 week to try to fix alone the problem of 'minimum requirements' and i have enough of your phrase 'Your system requiremnberuineurbiner' STOP.
Call your superior or anyone you want and helps this community who spents money and hours inside game.. or you prefer stay in a coffe to drink vodka everytime?

Hey,

If you are below the minimum requirements this is not something that can be fixed on our end, you need to be above these to guarantee to be able to run the game.

i was able to run the game before update.
cpu: i5-2520m 2,5GHz up to 3,20Ghz
gpu: nvidia geforce gt520m
ram 8gb

I understand that, however as you could be under the minimum requirements there was no guarantee that this would work and we would not be able to support this. We can only guarantee the game will run if you meet the minimum requirements. These have not changed with the release of Burnt Horizon but I apologise if you are under and you are no longer able to play when you were able to do so before.

Have you checked to make sure Hyper-Threading is enabled on this CPU?

In this case i'd double check by making a support ticket via https://support.ubi.com/Cases/New with your system files attached (https://support.ubi.com/en-GB/faqs/000023904/How-To-Submit-Dxdiag-MSinfo/) so our tech team can double check but it's borderline around the minimum requirements from what I can tell

i sent dxdiag and msinfo, they told me that gamebar.exe has some problems i'd follow the instructions but no fix. They told me again to switch graphic to integrate on nvidia control panel, but again, no fix.
My cpu is better than i3 560.

Can you send me the case number and i'll see if I can get anyone else to check it out further as it's a dual core CPU but with hyper threading there is potential for it to run

Where is the problem? With graphic dedicated my game receive 1-5fps
With gpu the game receive 25-30fps, and now i unable forever to play?

better start doing refund. they wont fix the problem in the next season or the next year
