I've bought y4 season pass but it's not activated
I bought y4 season pass on December last year.
It was all good, I've received the credits, skin and charm.
After the content was released, I've launched the game once and put on all the attachments for the new ops.
few days later which is now,

I CAN'T USE THE NEW OPS!!!!!!!!
IT'S LOCKED AND IT SAYS COMING SOON!!!!!
PLZ FIX UBI!!!!!

And I still have my skin and charm that comes with the season pass which is freaking ridiculous.

Sorry you experienced this, I assume this was still happening after you closed and relaunched the game?

Yap, still the same even I reinstalled the game.

I just checked and it looks like this has been revoked which is the reason you no longer have access to the Year 4 Pass

Please create a support ticket via https://support.ubi.com/Cases/New so we can give more information on this

And actually I've created a ticket few days ago, it's just not being replied yet.
