CANNOT HEAR VOIP and MIC DOESNT WORK
WHEN IN GAME I CANT HEAR ANYONE AND IT TELLS ME I DONT HAVE A MIC CONNECTED AT ALL.
+ HAVE TRIED DRIVERS
+I HAVE A SPERATE MIC AND HEADSET
+HAVE UNINSTALLED AND REINSTALLED
+TRIED MESSING WITH SOUNDS MENU
+TRIED RECONNECTING
+I KNOW MY MIC WORKS BEC IT WORKS IN DISCORD AND CSGO

Hey! Could you try your gamesettings file? By default this is usually located in:
C:\Users\CurrentUser\Documents\My Games\Rainbow Six - Siege\[name]

- Go to GameSettings.ini
- In the section "Audio" change "VoiceChatCaptureMode=" to a 1 on the variable.

it shows my mic as its not even connected

I am sorry to hear that didn't work. Please make sure the microphone is set as “Default Communications Device” in the audio settings of Windows.

Have you been able to try the troubleshooting mentioned by Ubi-Houck?
If you're still having issues we'd appreciate it if you could submit your Dxdiag and Msinfo files.
