So for the last month ive not been able to buy any r6 credits in r6s after some sort of "store is currently unavailable" bug, this has persisted for me ever since january 1st when i received a gift for $100 steam credit and wanted to use it for some credits on r6. Ive found multiple different methods to try and correct this error for me but have had no luck, ive already cleared my steam download cache, ive used run and tried "steam://flushconfig" Ive restarted my pc well over 50 times since it started happening to me on january 1st. Ive mad a ticket to the ubisoft support team and they only give me the exactf same methods to try even when ive told them that i have tried them multiple times now. I just want this fixed so i can buy some credits to get a couple of the new packs. If anyone has any new suggestions or methods to try that are not to clear the download or browser cache or make sure the overkay is on then please do share them here as im running out of options and am honestly just very annoyed by this point. When i do attempt to buy the credits it never opens a steam browser windown or even opens the steam overlay.

Hey there! There are some reports of this being an issue. The Siege team are investigating this at the moment.

As you've already been advised of some steps to take, I won't repeat myself. Do you have a case reference number so I can report it directly to the Siege team?

Thanks for the number, just to double check, what size credits pack are you trying to buy?

Do you experience the same issue when you try to buy smaller size packs?

Ive attempted to buy every size pack with no results, when i click both checkboxes to agree to the terms of sale and the consent it never opens a steam window to purchase the credits, it just immediately says store is currently unavailable. I originally was trying to buy the $50 pack of credits when i started having the issues.

Now as the Invitational SKIN is GONE :steamsad: I dont think it'll come back again.... I contacted Support on both Facebook and Official WEBSITE.. but still no luck :steamsad::steamsad: I cant click the currency pack as it says its not available :steamsad:

No, its been over a month for me and have had no fixes and havent had any help from ubisoft support to fix the issue, they just say they are working on it but never have any updtes.

Why not add other payments not only Steam Wallet to pay even Master Card, PayPal, VISA, etc can pay

I have this problem since September 2018 and they didn't fix even I contracted the support

Didnt know its been going on since sep of 2018 but ive had the issue since mid december, and i have multiple tickets open on their support site, nothing has changed and theres never any updates.
