Mouse Sensitivity & Discord Bug?

So recently only while playing R6, my mouse sensitivity increases like crazy during gameplay, only after a few seconds it will go back to my normal sensitivity, this happens almost every game..

Also when ONLY playing R6, my discord disconnects and reconnects almost every 1-2 minutes.

Has anyone had the same issues and have any solution for this? Thanks in advanced!

I used to have this issue. It went away when I built a new PC, however I seem to remember that I found that as long as it was always open in the background (never minimised) it was fine. I also found that playing in Windowed/Windowed Fullscreen worked fine. May be something to do with limited CPU processing power.
