Can't Login
I just purchased ED on Steam, I'm unable to login. When I attempt to login (via the game) it sends an access code to my email, which I then input to the game client, and it says "You do not have access to the game" in the bottom, and sends me back to the same screen. When I try to login to the store website, it just loops back ot the login screen, no error message or anything. I login, it processes and goes right back to hte same page. When I reset my password, it sends the reset request to my email and I can change my password, which again, will do the same looping. The help section states to goto the score support section to file a ticket, however, all the processes to file a ticket require me to login with my store credentials, which do the SAME thing, of looping back again.

I hate making a forum post on steam, but seeing as you have no phone numbers listed, and I can't file a ticket because of course, you have that hidden behind hte login system which isn't working. So any suggestions?

DId you register an account at the ED Website. Where you entered your key given to you by Steam.

I already had an account previously, at least an account through the store, tho I did not own the game. I did have the screen popup which was populated with my steam cdkey, however when I tried to login I got hte looping page.

If anyone of importance happens to see this, the account is avengre@gmail.com

to create a ticket without a password go to the open a new ticket page.

click on Elite Dangeroues

click on Account Issues

click on Email & Password Issues

click on Not receiving Emails ( even though this is not the case it allows you to create the ticket you need to create)

Did you try adding that steam cd key on your frontier account when you login through website in place where it asks product key? If you didn't do it and then try to login again.

Not sure if you have it working yet, but took me several attempts. I put the same code in for first two attempts before realising they sent new code for each wrong attempt but the code sometimes took a little time to come through so i was always entering the previous code, just wait a few minutes make sure another code is not on its way.

No I ended up creating another account with a different email. No I could not put in the product key, because I could not login to the website.

For $60 you'd think they would have their crap sorted on at least the website? I dunno

Yea adblocker on google chrome can screw with you if you didn't add site on whitelist at least.
