USS'es in civil unrest systems.

They only spawn in Empire and Fed systems with major faction in civil unrest, 500-600 ls away from main star High grade emissions.They dont spawn in indipendant systems who have a major faction with civil unrest. I tested it, also even in a fed/emp system they were preety rare,I stocked on core dynamic composites and imperial shielding

More specifically, High Grade USS in Civil Unrest Systems. Good Luck...I spent about three hours in three separate Civil Unrest spots a few days back...three High Grade USS...a single successful contact yielded 6 Imp Components.

Take note that controlling faction must be in unrest,sometimes galaxy map lie.The rule is after 3 high grade uss,your not got Improv. Comp. You are in wrong system.

If you are searching for Improv. Comp, in a system with less than 1 billion population as well OP, you will have smaller chances for High grade spawns.

In a system of 5 Billion plus, with the controlling minor, in civil unrest - High Grades and Encoded Emmissions - those will drop them in higher chances and rates - will be what you are looking for.

Use Eddb to find the nearest likely to you, and compare the population - note that in systems with high traffic via NPCs - avoid staying near the shipping lanes - this will decrease the high grade and encoded spawn chance, resulting in you getting more Decoded than High Grades.

be sure to adjust and correct, if your speed is too fast, or you are too close to a major shipping lane - or the major supercruise traffic.

There isnt i try with map , one for one and witf EDDB have you idea? Maybe is better Ask a programmer? Nobody search Improvised Components? Hel me please
