At what wave do you unlock stuff and how many waves are there?

Seriously??

I tried remapping some controls. now I cant use my fire button. It seems as if you remap a control that is already mapped to another key. the original mapped key disappears, leaving you unable to remap that key again. I now have no fire button, or any other button that I have remapped. The reset feature for controls does not work. I've uninstalled and removed local files from my computer twice without being able to reset the control bindings....

its not allowing my reset any of my key binds... 'help plz'
