[Linux] Black Window, Crashing within 2 seconds
Attempting to launch the game from the command line yields the followiung:

Hey CBPye, are you able to send over some log and core dump information to us?
Look for logs in: /Steam/steamapps/common/Galacide/Galacide/Saved/Logs and a core file located in: /Steam/steamapps/common/Galacide/Galacide/Binaries/Linux
common/Galacide/Galacide/Saved/Logs does not exist

CBPye, can you type glxinf|grep ^O in terminal and see what it returns ?

Also, the dump file is invalid. I should have been more specific, I'm looking for a *.core file.
Can you run this commands?

sudo find ~/path/to/your/SteamFolder/steamapps/common/Galacide -name "*.core"

Then zip up and send the core file.

Also, these commands would help so I know your Linux version:
cat /etc/*-release
uname -a
There are no core files anywhere within the Galacide directory.

Hmm, well, without a core or Linux file, there's nothing I can do. We don't officially support Slackware. Can you delete the Galacide Steam folder, re-aquire it, crash and see if there's anything new that changes about the files? Anything that might be generated helps.

Hey CBPye, thanks for the information. I'm going to push a new build up today. If possible, I'd love for you to give it a shot and see if you crash.
Still not working for me. I'm guessing, based on the console output (below) that my GPU/Driver combo is out of date. NVIDIA appears to no longer support the 200-series, either, so there's no guarantee that newer drivers would even work with this card.

Just to confirm, there were no core files after this crash? The crashreportclient says it was aborted. Did you force it to abort, or exit before a core dump was created?
Indeed, there are no core files present anywhere within the Galacide directory (and subdirectories). I run the game, either from Steam or the console, and there is briefly a black window before my Steam status reverts to "online." At no point do I manually close a window or kill a process.

assuming galacide is compiled for 32-bit systems, do you have 32-bit drivers installed?

Hi There

Your drivers are too old. The 340.x are buggy with the unreal engine 4 and causes the shader error: 0(9) : error C3012: invalid value '3' for layout qualifier 'binding' .
Use 355.x version.
