Reassignment Training Order Bug

So I got a free Reassignment Training Order from a chest and used it. It threw an orc into the garrison and then I redeployed the orc as a test because this was the first time using the order.
Now it says in the training orders that I have 1 Reassignment Training Order and when I try to use it I get two different messages.
The first message is if I try to use the order while on the army screen. It tells me that I can't connect to Hydra. That can't be the case, since I can do vendettas and online conquest still.
The second message shows up if I try to use the order through the garrison menu. This message says, "Data Error occurred."
This is really annoying because I want to move my guys around. Has anyone else experienced this type of bug and how to work around/fix it?

Bump. This bug is still occurring, even after trying other solutions like getting another reassignment training order from spoils crates.

Was looking for threads trying to find a fix for this but it seems I am SOL. This issue is totally gamebreaking with no way to bypass or fix.

I actually found that if you disconnect your internet while using the orders and then reconnecting without exiting the army screen that you can regain use of using the orders. You must pay with Mirian, however. This is the closest I've gotten to a fix as WB will never revisit the game for a proper one.

man i play on xbox but this game and this bug got me searching everywhere for a solution

My soft solution works for PC. Not sure if you can do the same with Xbox, but yeah it’s an annoying bug.

No idea, it first occurred for me when I first got the reassignment order from a crate and then used it on one of my orcs. I redeployed my orc as a test and then the order "remained" as if it wasn't used. Then it just says "Issue connecting with Hydra". It is likely some sort of server connection bug with the orders and Warner/Monolith never bothered to fix it and sadly never will.

So... since the training order; the "free" reassignment, REPLACES the mirian option... once you get a free reassignment you're basically bent over and, ahem?

Yep, some people have the bug with different training orders that they get for free. The reassignment one seems the most common.
