Click on medicine cabinet and use anti-rads. If out of them - use medkits and quickly try to find/trade for anti-rads. Don't go on surface with no hazmat and don't travel without gasmask = no rad poisoning.
Freezer: build one (min lvl2 workbench)
Radiation Poisoning: heal with anti-rads, or keep restoring HP using First Aid Kits until you get anti rads.
This is usually due to you making recruits leave your shelter. They can do all sorts of nasty things.
By the way, tutorial mode is simply enabling tutorial hints for each new event in the game. This means that it will pop up hints the first time somebody falls ill, is dehydrated, the first raid, etc etc
I doubt you can complete it unless you do every single thing in the game.
