DXGI factory problem

When i launch the game a window open with the message "Couldn't create DXGI factory"
Any ideas?

None, but I get the exact same problem, so you're not alone there.
Looks like the game window is created, but then it just throws out that error and stops.

I'm having the same issue. Hopefully they sort it out with a patch quickly, or some workaround gets posted.

We're looking into it. The best thing to do is send us your system specs right now, as we suspect it has to do with the version of Windows being run.

Problem solution: Update for Windows 7 x64, x86 https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=36805
1) Choose x64 or x86,
2) Download
3) Install
4) Restart the computer
5) Run game and play
