When I passed this map, there were moments when I did't understand what to do and where to go. Make it more intuitive.

Indeed.
After burning the plasma cube I didn't understand that it was only after this part that I was supposed to flip the switch. Other than that I could find my way easily. People might be clueless when they are supposed to break the glass cylinder and the metal scrap in the elevator though.
Otherwise it's a very good map.
