I am trying to buy this 10USD add-ons to play on the Asian War conflict, and it keeps saying that I first need to buy Rising Storm???
Well guess what, not only I bought it but I have 447 hrs on it.
So what is going on here? !!??

You mean the deluxe upgrade? That's only to unlock the weapons instantly if you already own Rising Storm.

Yes that is my point "ONLY" as you said. And if you do not have this upgrade, you do not collect your pts, you do not carry on your weapons on RS and you are still stuck with a crappy rifle whatever how many times you play the game.
I recently played a game on Coldsteel, this guy had a major weapon that he had gotten from this adds on and played with it on Coldsteel.... I do own RS, but Steam is asking me to buy it... again????

What? Sounds like you only own RO2. The Deluxe upgrade is to instantly unlock weapons instead of having to level up instead. Specifically, the trench gun and the M1 Garand with the bayonet. If you never bought the RS expansion, you can only play as rifleman. But there's no need to buy deluxe to unlock all the other weapons.

Darkest Hour: Europe '44-'45
Arctic Combat
Red Orchestra 2: Heroes of Stalingrad - Single Player
So what am I missing then to get this 10 buck upgrade?

You are missing the Rising Storm expansion.
Do this:
Right-click on RS/RO2 Multiplayer
Properties
DLC

and tell me what DLC is listed there.

For me it is:
Red Orchestra 2 - Digital Deluxe DLC
Red Orchestra 2: Heroes of Stalingrad - Single Player
Rising Storm
Rising Storm - Digital Deluxe DLC

then you aren't going to have access to the RS weapons.

You have to buy this game: http://store.steampowered.com/app/234510/
to have access to the weapons. Yes, the game, NOT the Digital Deluxe upgrade.

It says I already have "Red Orchestra 2: Heroes of Stalingrad - GOTY" so if I do not have RO, how can I have been playing it for 447hrs?
