Kicked by Punk Buster for ''Service Communication Failure''?

Recently, every time I join a server it automatically kicks me and tells me:

You have been kicked by PunkBuster for: Punk Buster kicked player 'Comrade Stalin' (for 0 minutes) ... RESTRICTION: Service communication failure: PnkBstrB.exe initialization failed.


Any idea what does this mean and how to fix it?

1) Go to: http://www.evenbalance.com/?page=pbsetup.php
2) Download PBsetup for your appropriate operating system.
3) Click update after you install
4) Click add game and make sure to set it to 'Red Orchestra 2.'
5) It will update if needed

Didn't work, I chose RO2: Heroes of Stalingrad, updated, told me no updates needed, but still got kicked after a minute into the game.
