Rising Storm Question
cant seem to download rising storm at all or find in my library except for beta. this is game a "DLC or stand alone game"?

It's an expansion.
The two games are combined into Rising Storm/Red Orchestra 2 Multiplayer.

Yes, but to have full access to Rising Storm, you need to buy it, but it is curretly on sale, so i would grab it if i were you.

Ah yes, PCGamer gave you a full copy of RS, I believe. So I'm pretty sure you have all the content the game has to offer.
