Rising Storm or Rising Storm Deluxe Upgrade

Well, I bought pretty long ago the Tripwire Bundle and it included Red Orchestra 2 Heroes of Stalingrad. I started to play it with a friend today and I wanted to get Rising Storm to get full content.

However I have multiple choice, buying Rising Storm or buying a Deluxe Upgrade. So in my case, what should I buy since I have Orchestra 2 already? Is the Deluxe Upgrade turns RO2 as Rising Storm or it does something else?

There's 3 purchase options on the Rising Storm page and I will explain what they are:

1) Rising Storm - this is the game you need to buy
2) Rising Storm Digital Deluxe Edition - this is the game + the digital deluxe DLC
3) Digital Deluxe Upgrade - this is only purchasable if you bought #1. It upgrades Rising Storm into becoming #2. This does not upgrade RO2.
