Is the raspberry pi firmware capable of 4k

I was looking around and trying to find the cheapest way to stream games at 4k. I know that there are no pi boards that support this, but there is an arm board that does have the outputs and is a bit more powerful the Rock64. I know that only the pi is officially supported, but it does seem possible to run on other boards and I was wondering if anyone knows if it will run. I would appreciate other recommendations for what to use for in home streaming as the steamlink(lan) I am currently using does seem to have a decent amount of artifacting(and no 4k60), but that would be off topic.

the current generation of Rpi is not capable of steam streaming at 4k with anything resembling playable quality. just search the forums here for 4k, plenty of reading on the matter.
