How make PC recognize gamepad as xbox control???
Apparently I need it to appear as a device on devices and printers in the control panel, similar to what parsec already does.

What controller you’re using?
Secondly, try enable “generic controller configuration” by go to Steam Big Picture mode, settings, controller settings and enable that said config.

Maybe it would help if you explain why you need to do this.
Emperor, It's a mobile gamepad.
figment: I move in other settings while playing, in the browser, in the panel, anyway, I need it to be like a device to configure it.

So, you're not asking for help with the Steam Controller, but with another type of controller? Just to be clear, because I'm not the only one who is confused by your posting here. I can't figure out what type of controller or software you mean by Emperor. Can you provide a link to the type of controller you're using? If it's not showing up in your device manager, that's an issue well outside of this forum's focus.
Mobile gamepad, huh? Could you specify what model is it? Most mobile controller I’ve seen and used aren’t compatible with PC.
It's a bike gamepad. From lenovo.
It's a moto gamepad, from lenovo. I want it to appear as an xbox control in the control panel on the devices part so I can tinker with other applications while playing, The same way I use it in parsec. My idea is that it detects how to control xbox and PS4 in other applications, but it has no way, as it does not appear as a device.
PS: I already tried to put it as a control of ps4 in steam and it did not work at all ...

Do you have the gamepad connected to your phone or your PC?
It is directly connected to the phone, but when connecting to the PC, the PC calls it an unknown device. Anyway, the idea is to connect the control on the PC through the stream, similar to what PARSEC does.
That's really important information. Something you should have included in your original post. Do I need to guess that you're talking about using the Steam Link App? Or are you going to spring on us that you're using Moonlight?

You know what. I'm out. I'm grumpy because my chronic health problems are flaring up. Maybe someone with more patience for bizarre puzzles can help you. I'd advise you to provide all relevant information at the start the next time you ask for help, though. It will make things go much smoother.
It just does not seem to matter, like, I was supposed to do this with all the devices, why not?
