Game continually Crashing?

Hey, so I've got a really strange issue that I can't fix. The game will CTD as soon as I launch it - I start it up, I get the Herocraft screen, the music starts.... And then a single note plays, and the game freezes, and then it will CTD. I've tried everything. I verified all the files were there, I uninstalled it and reinstalled it... Nothing works.

The phone version crashes often as well, but at random intervals - Generally at Sacred Time, though.
I'm hoping I can get a hand to fix this?

No, I managed to fix it by doing the following:
Open the Steam Folder
Uninstall the game
Delete ALL remaining files after uninstall (quite a few were left behind)
Reinstalled the game

I never got a reply from support, but that ended up fixing it.
