Game stuck at Intensive Treatment Lobby door

Hi!

Right at the beginning of the game (the initial sequence), Batman follows The Joker through the Intensive Treatment Lobby. Right after a little elevator part, Batman enters a corridor with some cops. I've seen videos showing a scan before the glass door opens, but for me the scan didn't appear and all just get stuck at the corridor (the door doesn't open).

I tried almost everything (changed the setttings to factory defaults, changed the resolution, re-installed the game, deleted all games and started new ones etc.), and nothing worked.

I`ve found another discussion (https://steamcommunity.com/app/35140/discussions/0/1456202492184770816/) with the same problem, but unfortunatelly it ended without a solution. :(

Anyone can help me?

Hey, so i came across this same problem and i just got it to work. If youcare using anything outside of the game or on another monitor that overrides the game sound then you will nit get through. Some reason the game seems to be undsr the impression that because the sounds are muted , thry won't play them, which then won't let the door open. I apologise if you have waited this long for any help, and maybe this fixes it for you.

Players in past topics have also been trapped by a similar invisible barrier in the Asylum's BatCave. This will be very helpful indeed.

I know its been a long time but i have the same problem, I have no sound and that door doesnt lift

2024, still running into this issue with getting stuck in the batcave by the invisible crates.

It has been years but I FOUND THE SOLUTION : after ensuring that you have only one sound output, instead of running the game normally , go the file location where you gotta find BmLauncher .exe , BmStartApp.exe and ShippingPC-BmGame .exe, by default the diamond shaped icon with the arkham logo will not run properly , but if you did run ShippingPC-BmGame .exe in compatibility mode vista as admin , it will work, it did work for me at least
