The game is freezing like ♥♥♥♥ for me.

Just downloaded it, tried it, it keeps freezing during conversation when I'm making examination, interrupting people, and it freezes when I'm done changing my disguises. Everytime it freezes for 15 or so seconds and then goes back to working mode.
The game otherwise runs at 60fps at highest setting on my laptop, (gtx980m i74710hq 16gb ram 8gb vram) the gtx980m is more powerful than 770 and 960 and it has 8 gigs of vram so don't ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ me with the not-rnough-ram ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ please people.
