Any fix yet for Earth's offline earnings?

Not earning any progress on Earth, only Earth. I have even been in contact with HyperHippo and nothing they have told me to do has helped. Has anyone found a fix?

Gaining zero earnings on Earth. I have to be on Earth's screen to gain any money. None is gained when on moon or in an event or when the game is closed. My apologies, I thought the issue was more known ^^

I don't really know what causes the problem, perhaps you should just verify game files

Check your system for any damage files and scan for threats since both can cause unwanted data lost. Update drivers and throughly do chkdsk to make sure everything is health overall. Due keep in mind it may take many attempts to clean everything. Signs of progress will be the system going through steps in a fast pace with number/number. Once you notice how quickly steps are advancing you will have a good idea how long each attempt will be.

To do this go to command prompt right click to select administrator and type chkdsk /f or /r or both.

Every use of the computer builds up overtime and it can quickly cause unwanted changes this applies to games too. It can fix tons of stuff. Every computer has this function and its user friendly for the most part.

I have used 3 computers now. No fix.

They DID try to help me, when the help failed they even gave me megabucks which still did not help. So, it appears you are speaking from a place of hatred and ignorance because they DID try to help.
