Questions about Servers

Heya Devs,
I am managing a German dedicated BB2 Server a month or so now, and I have the problem that I can't find any documentation or addons whatsoever.

Where do I find Addons for the Server and is there a documentation?
I want to somehow ban players ingame but it doesn't work.
I can ban ingame, but I cant use the command "users" because I need to be in the ssh for that. But If I tab out of BB2 the layout crashes(Linux issue I think. It's like that on other sourcegames too)
So I want to use "users" ingame but it just doesn't work (And yes, I am declared as an Admin by the Server)

workshop_help -> displays info about installing addons on your server via workshop.
as for admin stuff, you can use the admin_* commands if you are an admin on your server,

as for banning manually, you can get the active IP addresses by writing 'status' then :

create : banned_users.cfg in brainbread2/cfg/

and insert:

addip 0 <IP Address of player>
