Ability to manipulate dinos? (not tamed ones)

I remember in the old Turok game from 2008 you could shoot dinosaur eggs near bases to make the mother go berserk and attack the base's guards, as well as shoot flares near/onto enemies to attract raptors to them as well as make raptors fight each other if one of them had a flare stuck to them. Will we see any sort of version in ARK? I don't expect one right at launch, but maybe in the game's future?

that would be awesome. Hopefully if it's in, It's implemented better than Turok 08.

We plan to do more with this over time but I will say one thing for ARK on EA Day-1: creatures really, really, REALLLLLLLLY do not like having their eggs stolen ;)

Yeah they were a ♥♥♥♥♥, thats what I picture stealing trex eggs will be like. Omg I just had a thought I want to see a baby smilodon so bad now. It will be interesting since some animals will lays eggs and others will give live birth. Rofl unless this is like pokemon where even the mammals lay eggs.
