Sleeping bag?

So i built myself a cosey 2x2 thatch hut, Sleeping bag in there and a nice little fire & two storage chests.

Anyway was out doing stuff when i was killed, As i thought i was asked if i would like to spawn back at my sleeping bag, Spawned at my sleeping bag all well and good. :D

Anyway headed out again a little later and again was killed only this time no option to spawn at my sleeping bag! :'(

Spawned again and managed to find my hut only to find my sleeping bag gone! .... Everything else was there, Fire, Chests(everything inside still there).

Now this is a private server with only me in so it cant have been destroyed by somebody else.

Is this a "disappearing sleeping bag bug" or is there some reason my sleeping bag would disappear? Has this happened to anybody else?

Sleeping bags are "one time use." You spawn at them, they vanish, you need to build a new one.

Proper beds are permanent, however, barring being destroyed by a dino or player.

Sleeping bags are one-time-use items. Beds are multiple use, able to be used by tribe members, but have a 5 minute cooldown.

Sleeping bags are one time use only. So once used they will disappear. What you need is a bed .

Sleeping bag is a one time use. Make a bed to have infinite respawns but with a 5 min cooldown.

As others have said, sleeping bags are one time use, as it says in the description when you mouse over it.

yeah he doesnt need ten people to tell him sleeping bags are one time use.. just one person will suffice.
