How do I spawn in blueprints?

I wanted to know how I get blueprints into the game, both as a admin, and in single player. Is there a list, or array to call the apprentice/jounryman/mastercarfted stuff?

admincheat GiveItemNum <item_id> <quantity> <quality> <blueprint> so admincheat GiveItemNum 1 1 3 true would give you a blueprint to a upgraded quality pistle blueprint, if you change true to false it will just give you the item

oh wow, that's what that last boolean bit does! i wondered why I kept putting in false! Thank you so much! Also fo rthe guy questioning my motives. We have been training Dodo's for a large ♥♥♥♥ fighting event, and the winning clan is getting some good blueprints.

36 is the id)(1 is 0ne item )(10 is to get Ascendant )(true is for blueprints)(false it will just give you the item

I try with "true" at the end, but not working...
