-VPN
-Reinstalled windows

-Troubleshooting with my ISP
-Troubleshooting with the Gameserver host
-Checked for the weird "Double ip bug" wasnt affectet.
-Changed to a SSD
-Lowered ingame bandwith to "low"

-Tried all settings ( Epic-low ) All had the same amount of "host timeouts"
-Clean windows Without AV and Without Firewall with all drivers and Updates ( Same error )
-DiD test SSD and HDD and Ram for faults
-Changed Location Download region in steam Multiple times
-Installed Ark on SSD and on HDD same effect.

-checked for Packet loss

Find your server online on arkservers.net, check to see if it says that you're still logged in. Just got this issue both ppl that were online now can't get in, always time-out and are apparently still in the game, according to arkservers.net and the In-game Ark Game Lobby.

Ah damn different issues then :( We can't get in at all

If you use the Raw Sockets Option on the Server, switch that off and try again.

Odd thing is that I can connect fine to official servers, but I cannot connect to a single un-official, yet all my buddies can.

the same happens with official ones. sometime you cant lets say connect to Official 40 but to 41 for whatever weird reason. i think its a ARK bug,.

very annoying bug, bought a server this weekend for my buds and I, can't even play with them....
Necrosis Jan 12, 2016 @ 2:23pm
still an issue

For those that "cant get back in":

There is an ongoing bug, where when someone times out.. they cant get back in until the server restarts, or you character dies (from other posts). We were doing the strip tribemate, kill method.. until we found that if the tribemate rebooted thier PC (restarting ark/steam did nothing to help), they were able to get back in.

Just something to try.

For those timing out all the timeouts on Win10:

See if the old "QOS" protocol is active on your PC. I am personally not sure if Win10 still has this pita protocol, but I had to disable it on Win7 to reduce my timeouts.

Last but not least..
Ark is huge.. you might try (dont blame me if this causes problems down the line), exempting the ARK folder from REAL TIME VIRUS SCANNING.

Good luck.
I disabled ipv6 or something and it works fine now.
