How is it possible to build a big ship when I get this message after 50 parts on a ship and am unable to build more on it? Tried foundation and wooden ceiling too but it gives the same message.

the rafts have a limit on the number of structures they can hold. the server operator can change it is they want to. the rafts never were designed to build boats and the devs are working on various boats. there is a mod where you can craft a huge barge to

That is a server setting that only the server owner can change. But it can be raised if they are willing.

Does anybody know if there is a bug involving structures on boats not counting up properly? I have a boat design that I test built on single player mode just fine but when I try to build it the exact same way in regular mode I hit the structure cap long before I'm done. The item settings are the same on both for just that reason but I can't even come close to finishing the boat in the regular game.
