Tek Gear on Extinction

So, I'm confused as to how we get tek on Extinction. The only way I have found so far is to craft 1000 powders into a single element in the city. This seems like it will take a very long time, since even on sped-up rates, the Enforcers only drop around 100 powders. That's 10 Enforcers for one element! Also, how do we even make tek stuff? The Tek Replicator can only be made in the loot boxes, right?? I haven't found those on Extinction, other than the orbital supply drops. So my questions are: 1. Is there a more efficient way to get element? and 2. How do we make the Tek Replicator, since Tekgrams don't show up in the city terminals?

There is a more efficient way to get element.
The Elelment spires (what the scout was looking at in the original trailer) have a mechanic similar to supply drops to get element.
Also, an easy OSB can give you a tek replicator engram which is probably how you craft it.

There are obelisk terminals to craft the replicator in the super caves beneath the domes, where you summon the titans.

The 3 caves have the terminals but only the Desert Cave is truly easy (Standard Cave) Ice cave is nothing but wolves Bears and Purlovia. The Forest Cave is full of Carno Rex Yuty Centipede and Purlovia (also Micro Raptor)

If you get some friends and get 3 or 4 high level Velonosaurs from the Desert Biome you can Machine Gun the entire cave. Boost Damage and Stamina and a tiny bit of HP. 3 or 4 Vels can gun down everything in seconds. C then Left Click for Turret Mode.

Please post a screenshot showing you can make the replicator in the city terminal, because I do not have that option (yes I've done bosses and have it learned).

You should be able to find one in the wastelands, but I'm not sure how rare they are so it's possible you may be searching for a while.

pretty rare if they'e random locations like the cargo drops. found about 4 of those but no element spires yet. oh well, exploration is most of the fun :)

Do you know how difficult the spires are, compared to the supply drops? I am singleplayer and I don't have many tames, so I'm not that confident in my combat abilities.

Has anyone found an Element spire yet? I feel like they're a feature Wildcard just didn't add to the DLC yet.

I know. But considing the DLC's been out for the last 36 hours and no one has found a single node is troubling.

I found a few funny looking things while running for my life. 1 looked like a big metal flower shape. Maybe 7 or 8 feet tall. Silver stem with green solar panel looking petals. Did not have time to stop.. To think of it i saw a few during that run.
Would have been north of the big city center map. West of the oblist. I found red cave with silica stones up there as well.
Note red cave is amost off the edge of the northern side of the map. True center north. Fly of able mountains are dangerous!!
