Ragnarok Bosses..alternate to Rex

For the Ragnarok tag team boss fight dragon/manticore any suggestions besides Rexs (plus yuti + warpig).

you are doing it with a couple people right? You literally just put like 4-5 cakes and some stimulant in each rhino.. charge them when landed, then hold shift while spamming attack and you win?

I mostly play solo. What's the stimulant do to the rhino?

you won't be able to do that solo, your best bet is rexs. The purple gas on the ground from the manticore causes torpor, it's to keep the rhino from passing out

You're doing the alpha fight, right?
Most dinos besides the rex and the theri didn't do well vs the dragon, and I could only get rexes and theris to kill the alpha island dragon.
But you're not going to find much else that you can make your main force to fight the dragon if you're solo.

Is dino torpor something you can breed for? Or is it just species specific?

As for boss fights, I would start at the both (easiest) and work my way up.

Torpor depends on the species and level. It doesn't matter where the stats go, the torpor will increase as the level increases, so you can kinda breed for torpor, but it's more of a side effect of normal breeding for stats anyway.
I got allos, stegos, yutys, and spinos to kill the gamma island dragon, with differing losses.
There are a couple others but they're bugged and I don't think you're trying to cheese your way through them.

Theris work well for ragnarok boss, maybe not the fastet way and their low torpor might be a problem if they are hit too much by manticore
