Why do all youtubers do the same thing?

I wanna watch ark videos on YouTube but everytime i try its the same crap that slipgator has been doing since ark was released. Its not just with ark its with most games you have like 30 different youtubers doing the same crap with slightly different style no one ever tries to innovate.... why?

i too like to see how things are done, but once neww content is released I love finding out how to do it myself, like the troodon taming, because I am impatient and don't like to wait a couple days for taming videos to be released :P

I can't stand listening to Kingdaddymac. Agree with your comments about his voice. Sometimes when ark vids are playing in the background, his videos, at some point start to autoplay when others finish. And I have to shut that down fast. The guy is a grown man, and the wonder he expresses for every banal thing in the game is nauseating. Sl1pg8r - seems to be hamming it up of late, but I think his enthusiasm, generally, is congrous with his personality. Their mods that one shot knock out a dino and insta tame then I do find pointless though.

Dude get some professional help there, you're not the center of the world.
You aren't the only one that consumes video tutorials either.
Try to reply on Gwenpools Posting and see for yourself that i didn't removed or left out anything.

I thought about starting a ARK series on youtube. I recorded about 2.6TB of video.
But then i dismised the idea. Because it turned out to be boring. Especialy because it's not scripted. It would be just another boring ARK series like all the others.

However i am going to use the video footage to cut some videos specificaly for the players of my server. Some interessting videos showing them how the server started they play on. Showing them some of the old players and bases.
The stuff that is interessting because they actualy play on the very server.
I dont care about getting a lot of views, i dont monatize. Just keeping a historical record for the players of my server.

I started yesterday with a simple introduction video to my server. Sorry it's only german, because it's a german server.

pretty much most partnered youtubers are told what and how and when to post content, also they post stuff which bringsin the clicks, which is why alot of em if not all have resorted to click baiting. youtube the true youtube has died, and shall never return.

There is no doubt a similarity between Ark YouTubers, especially when you have a team working on the same server.

I would argue though that its no worse than many other Games.

When a game comes out everyone rushes to do a series on it to get the likes and subscriptions. It affects income so it's understandable.

I guarantee at the end of this month there will be a host of Conan: Exiles videos as YouTubers race for the next big thing.

For me the best time for Ark videos (at least the ones I enjoyed) were seasons 1 - 3 of Pooping Evolved.

Nowadays a lot of the videos seem to be so heavily modded that tames are one-shot plus Kibble Machine interspersed by moaning about the latest bug in the Mod they are using.

I do like Arahli The Geeks stuff, lightly modded with episodes detailing the latest build and how it was done.

You answered your own OP with this.... most youtubers still gotta go to work... and lets face it.... its not how sl1pg8r makes vids that makes him so popular... its the fact that he's got gaddam charisma! He doesnt take it so seriously.

if something in a game sux... he says it sux and then moves on. Too many tubers turn it into an entire drama fest (sorry Nooblets but you did that with yours) and that for me is realy irritating.

Same. Even though it's easy to tell it's heavily "scripted". It still beats most random Youtubers taming the next animal in line.

It's because they are out of ideas.
These youtubers gained most of their subs by posting ARK videos. If they had stopped and started to focus another games their views would drop significantly.
That's why they are trying to do the same thing over and over again with slight changes...

I am also new to YouTube and in process of uploading my 2nd video. I am a pvp player tho so all my videos are going to be pvp. I think I am kinda didfent in ways of recording ark as most people just film the pve servers. I play official server and in a big community so the pvp will be good. Or should be 😂😂 if any of you peeps wana check it out then search for hd-moneyshot. I won't post link on here as it's classed as spam I think. But if you guys could maybe spare some time and maybe give me some advice that would be great.
