After doing some google, I found this is a common problem of Unity Game on Steam runnning on Mac machines.Such as Unturned, also can't run on my Mac.
But I found the Besiege.app file in Steam folder(at ~/Library/Application Support/Steam/SteamApps/common/Besiege), it can run directly without launch through Steam. So I wonder if this is the Steam's bug not the game.My steam.app is not located at Application folder, so I reinstall Steam in the default path, after that, both Unity Game can run now.
way to fix:
Reinstall Steam using the DEFAULT PATH!
Hope this information will help others :)
