Playthrough times tend to last about an hour to an hour-and-a-half, depending on how quickly you read and the "path" that you take through the game's conversations (some result in a longer conversation).
Most of the choices "color" the conversation more than having concrete consequences. The framework of the game's story remains the same, but there are many paths to get from point a to point b, it that makes sense.
That said, in the main game the decisions you make impact an important part of the conversation. It changes based on the way that you've portrayed Kelly up to that point.
Sorry I can't be more specific (spoilers, etc.), but I hope this answers your questions!
ikr? but i played gog version and i never made it to the end it was like at least 30 min and my finger got tired...tried pausing but it whited out the conversation...almost like a crash that is y i tried to save it but when i came back and tried to retrieve it...what??? no game saved??? so idk about it here on steam. play it and repost...let me know for sure :) ty obviously the dev's either are not members of steam or they don't care.
