Sire, how long is this experience?
Is it roughly an hour, or 90 mins, or how?

Also, do the choices have actual wide-ranging consequences, or are they merely illusionary in nature?

Cheers and good luck with this amazing game!

Hi there!
Playthrough times tend to last about an hour to an hour-and-a-half, depending on how quickly you read and the "path" that you take through the game's conversations (some result in a longer conversation).

Most of the choices "color" the conversation more than having concrete consequences. The framework of the game's story remains the same, but there are many paths to get from point a to point b, it that makes sense.

That said, in the main game the decisions you make impact an important part of the conversation. It changes based on the way that you've portrayed Kelly up to that point.

Sorry I can't be more specific (spoilers, etc.), but I hope this answers your questions!

Decisions have impact. Like in epilogue - you can choose to talk to mom, or don't. If you do - you can lie, deribetely miss or avoid certain matters or problems or you can try to talk about them with your mother - so you can have many endings resulting in defferent "relation change". You can have forgiveness or recriminations. All up to you.

Uh oh, no saves? Can someone confirm/deny this? I don't like it when people try to hide behind the "well it's short" -since that doesn't mean anything to me, and doesn't help me. Some of us have interruptions and get annoyed constantly having to repeat certain parts to get back to wherever we left off- please devs, if there's no saves- please consider implementing at least checkpoints into the game. Real life often interrupts game time (well, for adults at least- no offense to the younger ones out there).

I was asking for confirm/deny on it from any that have played long enough to know for sure one way or another. I'll keep an eye on things- there are refunds now, so we're not stuck with something that we don't like anymore. (just stay under 2hrs of time in game). If I find out elsewhere before someone posts this information I'll return & share that information.:UT2004flak::UT2004health::UT2004udamage:

There is a dev response above in 'this' thread. That person is a member of Steam as well {Last Online- 70 days ago}. Apparently not all questions get answered. I'll definately keep track of my time to keep it viable for refund if I feel it's necessary.:shodan:
