2 copies?

I bought all three Civ iV items together and it gave me 2 copies of each. Not that it matters because none of them will install.

i have done the same thing. if i start steam on a mac i can insall civ 4?

Probably not, since it is simply a record of what you have purchased.

It seems to be an error. Normally there is no extra entry for Windows, Linux or OS X versions. If it would be, I had more than 2000 games in my library. Rather Steam shows me in OS X also two entries with the same title, the other doubles are vanished. I think someone will have to fix this.

It is the same for other games like gta. I am using favourites to keep the duplicates out, i.e. add every game to favourites you want to show in the library

I have not a single duplicate library entry for Steam under Linux or OS X. Until now. So, I really think it's an error. Also exists a double identical named entry for one game in OS X, which makes no sense.
