Set anti-aliasing in game options (choose Configure option after clicking Play) to default and filtering to anisotropic.

Обновил все, что требуется в таких случаях, использовал ваш совет, но к сожалению, вышеуказанный способ решения проблемы не помог(

i did allso get the black screen. and change but it seem the problem is i use 1920*1080 60hz widescreen in all my games but this game change it to 1920*1080 30hz widescreen
and then i can use max anti-aliasing and anisotropic.

so maybe problem is the resolution selections ?

other effect that is wrong is psudo HDR ( turn it off )
HdR light. Whether or not high-contrast light effect will be applied. It influences
the performance.

now game is beautiful, and look like as video show ( even better now )

all drivers and window is uptodate

found a better video with max settings... but i still have a little better view then this ..maybe a new monitor is the cause here ?

i have email 1c and they look at my dxdiag... it is odd that 60hz dont work by 30hz do
its for all real warfare and crusade and XIII its same engine... i hope they can fix this...

with 1c .. i have unplug my Big telly i allso run as clone monitor and then i can select and auto detect 60hz settings but i allso get black screen, and then it work with default anti-aliasing

and then i clone tv again same thing happends again...

1c says thats how directx works...( atleast problem has been found )
not sure about it... big telly is come to stay... so i have to live with 30hz then
to much fun at big telly to not have it connected...

nope...get as far as menu then blank screen...tried re-installing using devs advice re-configuration etc but to no effect. i use win 7 and my guess is that theres a compatability problem...real shame as game looks very promising and music is excellent.

don t know much about computers so i m guessing that my gfx card is nvidia, but maybe i ve got that wrong !!

I've checked the specs and I'm supposedly able to run it (Win 7 64 bit). Done all the things suggested. Still getting the black screen. Any help would be much appreciated...

is windows up to date and gfx card driver ...?

turn off "anti-aliasing" and "anisotropic" to test if resulution is 60hz

u can turn on anisotropic after testing thats what i did

but do contact 1c let them no this...

Thanks for the reply. Done all that and drivers are up to date. And 1c forums appear to be dead.

email them i did that, with a dxdiag also, and the are there, thats what i also hate at all forum's
a moderator should have relpy atleast with a msg... moderater has read the post atleast...
