on the other hand i do find that most of those bolt-ons do make you an easy target for the enemy as some stick out quite far and will give away your position and in turn any team member near you.
that being said i think those bolt-ons arent worth the trouble and should stay in the solaris mode, i personally dont see any use to them aside from cosmetic but not necessarily useful as anything tactical in a cosmetic way.
I hear ya bro but at the same time I'm walking around the battlefield with a giant sword
Sure its tactical. You could have people on the enemy team waste shots on a cosmetic without hitting any hitbox of your mech so they waste an alpha on nothing. Like if you have a crown on your Atlas and you are peeking over a hill and someone shoots that, then you are free to move up over the hill and come after him while he is on cooldown.
i guess, but i would think people wouldnt be stupid enough to watse ammo or bother firing on something that cant be hit.
that being said, that isnt the "tactical" i was talking about tho :P.
