Whoa mate, thats pretty agressive of you. At any rate. What game have you started? If you are pre-warp, you wont be able to build any of space related things like orbitals or spaceyards/ships. That first prewarp state is designed to let you plan out your Homeworld to your liking, but if you dont care, feel free to start normal game. You must have a free building slot (each city has 6 if im not mistaken) and its in the build menu. You can only have one spaceyard per planet.

Yes sorry but I have the impression that the game does not move it is normal that I get irritated. It is abandoned or no desire to advance the game.

Hey BangHaxxor,

Apologies for not getting back to you earlier, it's been a crazy rush to get the V0.9.8.0 patch out!

You get a shipyard by building a Starbase, which you can find on the planet screen under the Build tab. You should see a section for Planetary Infrastructure containing things like farms and ore refineries, and then if you scroll down below you should see sections for Orbital Satellites (if you have any researched), then a section for Starbases, and finally the section for building a new city.

The first starbase should become available after you research the Starbase technology, which is in the Construction tab of the research screen. Just scroll up slightly and you'll see it at the start of the Space Colonisation technology era. There was a bug previously that caused it to not show up sometimes after researching it, but I believe I've fixed that in the latest update.

As ProcDrone suggested, you could also start a game in the Space Exploration era and skip the entire pre-warp stage. That'll start you off with a fully colonised homeworld and a starbase already researched and built. Please let me know if you're still having difficulty, and if you're still within the Steam refund time and still aren't happy, we don't mind if you decide to refund the game. We'd rather lose a sale than have an unhappy customer!
