Hi everybody and sorry for the late reply.

Rift's Cave was developed on Unity 4 with a really old Oculus SDK. A lot of changes has been done in the most recent SDK,and now Unity 5 is required in order to make the game fully workable on the Oculus Rift CV1.

Upgrade the game to Unity 5 and the latest Oculus SDK is not a quick and safe process and a lot of time and efforts are required in order to do that.

I'd really be glad to do that and i'll do my best to accomplish it,however since i should do it without any kind of payment i can't gurantee it's gonna be in short time.

I have to say that i really appreciate your enthusiasm and again i'll do my best to update the project as fast as i can.

Thanks

- Andrea

Glad to see this, Andrea! I (and hopefully everybody else) totally understand what an effort it takes to update to the newest SDK. Just know that we greatly appreciate it and applaud you for standing behind your project.

A lot of games have come and gone since the "early days" of VR. Games that were made with UDK or Unity 3 that never got updated to support the DK2 at all (looking at you Slender, Probably Archery, Surgeon Simulator, etc). It felt like so many devs just gave up on VR and didn't appreciate the pioneering process they were participating in.

Some said they wanted to see growth before providing content, while failing to realize that VR can't grow if there is no content. But seeing developers committed to the future of VR as a platform is amazing to see. Thank you for your part in this!
