The Steam version of this game has too many bugs

I bought this game on Steam for two reasons: chat on Steam with my girlfriend while playing and taking screenshots. I am unable to do either. I have to minimize the game to talk to her and I can't take screenshots.

Worse still, the game has annoying bugs on gameplay. I have two tobacco farms in full capacity with gigantic crops producing like a charm and the industry has two full loads that would mark 9,0 in the input storage but it keeps showing 0,0 and I can't make money (this problem started yesterday). Also, builders started wandering around and not a single building is getting completed.

I also asked for the Brazilian version of this game and received no reply. That's very frustrating, might as well just play through my old CD (which still works fine).
