Is uplay the biggest joke or what?
I already bought Driver. As a matter of fact, I bought it a second time when it was on sale on uplay for a dollar. However, I can't figure out my account. The only account I can log into says I do not have it at all and that the CD key is linked to another account. I just want to play the damn game I already paid for. Ubisoft is a ♥♥♥♥ing disgrace. There is no reason for this to exist as the steam drm already only allows one use. There is no support anywhere. They hid away the ability to submit a ticket on their website. I cannot find it. Never again Ubisoft. You suck.

edit: found the ticket submitter. We will see how this goes.

I have the same problem... please let me know what you find out... I know i'm logging into the right account because I only have ONE UPLAY account. I bought this game on steam - why the heck can't I run it??!!

Uplay was originaly made to be a system you had to pay to play any ubisoft games online with. So you would pay for driver then have to pay monthly to have acces to multiplayer drive. But they screwed up on the retail cases of driver and scraped the subscrition fee that uplay wold charge.

Thought I would enjoy a quick session before work, Uplay does an update and then won't launch the game I have paid for. Ubisoft consistantly takes the mikey. Ask anyone who tries to play the Splinter Cell franchise, constant problems due to Uplay. Argh!!!!

I'm having the exact same problem, I have one Uplay account but Uplay is telling me that the CD key is already in use. It's not on my games tab within Uplay but I played it on my laptop a few months ago just fine but I can't play it on my new computer, what the hell's going on?

Same thing here. Very difficult to find any support. Fed up with 3rd party through Steam. If you buy it on Steam, it should launch and not have to go through all these hoops

Uplay support sorted it very quickly. Got to say, great service by them!
