Game Info

Storm United is an indie developed class-based multiplayer First Person Shooter, developed by PixelBeam. It is currently in early access here on Steam, giving you the ability to influence the direction of the game's development. Storm United will come with various classes to choose from, a handful of game modes and a list of available maps. It is currently available on PC, Mac OS X and Linux. Join the official Steam group to be notified of all future Storm United events, news, and updates.

About Us

We are a small indie development team located in China currently working on Storm United. We have two offices, one in Zhengzhou and the other in Chengdu. We value our player's suggestions and look forward to creating a top tier FPS!

Early Access

Buying into early access allows you to play Storm United before its official release and grants you:

• 1x Premium character
  
• 1x Exclusive early access limited edition weapon
  
• 1x Epic loot box

The official Storm United release will be free-to-play, however anything you acquire until then will remain in your inventory.

Teamspeak

We have setup an official Teamspeak server, allowing players to communicate with each other as they play. A tutorial on how to setup Teamspeak can be found here[stormunited.wikia.com]. Please be respectful and keep it clean or you will be removed from the server. See below for the official Teamspeak server.

All contributors are welcome, however it will be regularly updated as we release new content and patches.

Alpha Hours

Because Storm United is still in early access, it can be difficult to find a match at times. With this in mind, we have arranged specific alpha hours, giving players a time frame where they will have the highest chance of picking up a match. We have tentatively arranged the following alpha hours:

• U.S.A.: 10pm - 1am (EST)
  
• Europe: 6pm - 9pm (UTC +1)

The above times have been calculated based on the times provided by you and various server records. We will continue to tweak these times so all players can take part.

Servers

Storm United currently features 2 dedicated servers, however a number of players host their own servers as well. We will continue releasing new servers as we grow. We also host 2 test servers that players can tweak, configure, and play with. The server settings password for both servers is "55555" without the quotations. See below for the current official dedicated server list:

• 1 Europe server (Germany)
  
• 1 U.S.A. server (New York)

Bugs

We ask all Storm United gameplay bugs and issues to be posted in the Bug Reports subforum. For Linux and Mac specific issues, please use the Linux & Mac subforum. When reporting, please use the following format:

• Title - Short description of the issue.
  
• Summary - Detailed description of the issue.
  
• Your OS - PC, Mac, Linux
  
• Steps to Reproduce - Tell us, in steps, how to recreate the issue.
  
• Screenshot - Link of a screenshot displaying the issue.

Server Resets

The Storm United servers sometimes crash or have connection issues and require a reset. If you have issues connecting or finding specific servers in-game, either PM me directly or create a new thread in the Bug Reports subforum. Once notified, the server will be reset and will be up and running within minutes.

Moderators

We are always on the lookout for experienced moderators and game masters to help grow our community, and organize future events. Most importantly, you will help fellow players with their questions or issues. Those interested must eat, sleep and breath Storm United and be regularly available on Steam. You will also have the opportunity to work directly with the Storm United developers. If you are interested, message me directly.
