Controllers Issue

i had some problems while in the configuration zone for the controllers. The issue is that the xbox 360 controllers an Axis doesn,t work. Instead it takes like a trigger to heatbutt. and i tried to configure it but it won,t let me get to that part. the game crashes before i get to the menu. i hope some day, will be fixed. The game itself it's awesome but with some repairs of it would be more helpful.
