GRAV: Reborn Update 7 NOTES
IMPROVEMENTS:
  • PlayerAbility 'Strip Mine' now has a particle effect.
  • Added system wide announcement system.
  • When it's time for a planet to rotate, players will be warned a minute ahead of time and then anyone still on the planet will be moved to their home world to allow the planet to safely rotate.
  • Drill Platforms now show up on the Compass.
  • New hat: Frog Head


BALANCE:
  • Planets will FORCE rotate now. You will get a warning before they go down.
  • Drill Platforms have had their Time To Eruption reduced to 4 hours down from 12
  • Vehicles built at the vehicle factory can no longer be parked by unfriendly players to the owner.
  • Vehicles built at the vehicle factory can no longer be claimed by other players when they are decaying.
  • Vehicles built at the vehicle factory will not have their decay timers reset unless a friendly-to-the-owner player enters it.
  • Harvesters may no longer be built on or in rooms. Harvesters already built on rooms will be refunded.
  • Monsters now drop more crafting materials the higher level they are.
  • Tweak the drop rules for the horsehead masks to make the more rare ones a bit easier to acquire
  • Tweak the drop rules for consumable Pets. They were unfairly biasing against the higher level items dropping at the rates we wanted. (e.g. the Bird Wingsuit)
    -SHOUTOUT: Mack
  • Any base item built on a room will now default to FoF security mode.
  • Base Raiding. Area Totems costs have been reduced. We expect people to put them down and for them to be destroyed via EMP shield disabling and then raiding the base.
  • Base Raiding. EMP charge time has been reduced to 10 minutes. The duration of the EMP has been reduced to 5 min.
  • Base Raiding. Doubled the Health of the EMP
  • Changed PlaySoul Essence dropping from a Player to once every 24 hours instead of 12
  • PlayerSoul weapons now cost more PlayerSoul Essence
  • If a player tries to use a bag summon stim when there are no summon-able bags, the stim will not be taken.



BALANCE:
  • Fixed not being able to use just claimed base items that were previously decaying.
  • Fixed heads disappearing when removing hats on clients.
  • Fixed dropped items falling through bases.
  • Fixed base item level decals not updating with the level of the base item.
  • Fixed friendly/unfriendly color coding on base items.
  • Fixed an issue that could cause base items built inside a room to poke out of the side.
  • Fixed items right clicked from bags/bins disappearing if your inventory is full
  • Base Raiding. EMPs now should be activatable
  • Fixed some pathing issues in the Ice Caves
  • Fixed players dropping additional elemental BPs
  • A number of the NightKiller Crafting Materials had incorrect names. You will not lose any Crafting Materials. But the names will be changed to match the icons.
  • Fixed a dupe bug
  • Fixed upgrading costing less than it should.
    -SHOUTOUT: Beast Incarnate
  • Fixed Sana hats not dropping
    -SHOUTOUT: Mack
  • Fixed a vehicle exploit
    -SHOUTOUT: evilmrfrank
  • Fixed being able to change the Security Mode on Area Totems and Drill Platforms
  • PlayerSoul inadvertently lost their scalar for requiring more Essence than normal Elemental Weapons/Armor
  • Fixed Respawning from Death starting you with Level 0 starting HitPoints.
  • Fixed dropped items falling through rooms

What about people who used it? they can keep their base with unlimited ressources ?

wooow lots of fixes for things that were bothering me :D Thanks!! Long time for the update and the merge, but worth the wait!

Oh don't you worry. Wei Wei the tax man has arrived on the scene and he's cleaning up the economy.

We may post more about this later, but statistical outliers have been found, and their vast hordes of ill gotten resources curbed.

The game disconnected me because of the update, when I was fighting some mobs. If by accident I died during that time, will my soul bag also be added to the refund bin? If not, then can I ask You for the refund, cause i had a lot of element-x on me (around 300k) - would hate to gather it again, especialy, when it won't be that easy anymore (more players on the server means less great harvesting spots available)

When the servers are taken down you will not die or lose anything.

I hope not. :) When can we expect launching the servers (rough estimate, I know too well, that it's impossible to pinpoint the time).

First server will come up in a few minutes, and another a few minutes after that. Depends on transfer times and such. I'd guess we'll be back at 100% within a couple hours

Well, You can still drop the harvester on ground and build the base around it.

Yes, but the burden is much higher now.
Will EMPs work on non-totem bases? Guess I'll find out in a few minutes but info would be sweeet. Good work on the patch.. everything the community needs
Base Raiding.... so if the EMPs only work on bases with totems. Can people just place a totem near bases and raid them that way?

Nope, if you use an EMP near a totem, only bases friendly to that totem are able to be sapped by the EMP.
