How do I Drill Up and Down?

BTW... I use an XBox-360 remote to play the game with.

The best thing to do is to buy a steam controller.

But I had it working before with the Xbox controller... :(
Okay well can you explain the steam controller thing to me? Can I just go buy one at game stop or somewhere, plug it up and play my games or do I have to buy some sort of hardware over steam first then go get the controller? :)

The game should tell you in the bottom left corner what buttons/keys to hold to dig up/down. You'll need to be moving forwards with the drill turned on for it to work! (I'm guessing you'll have to use the L/R Buttons or Triggers)

(You don't need a certain controller to dig up/down, btw ;) )

Well thats the thing those controls aren't even coming up anymore, so I don't know what buttons to mash. Actually the options for digging up and down didn't even come up the first couple of times since I reinstalled LW. So I guess I don't have the right driss or... I don't know! But I'm pretty sure these big drills like the ones I'm trying to use should be able to dig up and down.

Are you using a drill or the small digger. (Bobcat) I don't know the name off the top of my head. If you are using the small digger, it doesnt, and never has dug up and down. Drill on the other hand, use the LB and RB buttons. The big digger used to dig. But it doesn't now.

Well holding LB makes me go up but RB makes me jump around. I guess the jumping is to help me if I were to get stuck. The 3 larger drills I'm using are ...

1. Drillex's Driller
2. Thunder Driller
3. Cole's Earth Driller.
