For those wondering about the Vsync
Yes, this game has built-in framerate limiter of 30 and 60 that locks at 29 and 59 fps respectively. Disabling vsync by disabling aero causes frame tearing instead of microstuttering. Selecting Variable still locks you up at 59 fps. It seems that it's another one of those crappy windowed fullscreen japanese ports. Not sure if the issue presents itself because of using HDMI.

We have some games from Capcom where the variable setting actually kinda works and gets you unlocked framerate of at least 120 fps. Not to mention it is indeed working. Forcing Vsync on HD remaster, Revelations 2, and Resident Evil 5 gold actually works as intended and nets you the nearest 60/120 fps timings to your monitors refresh rate. This game has stupid custom built-in framerate limiters.

This is not for bashing or complaining about the game but for clarifying about the quality level of the port.

It is also worth mentioning that some users reported that by using RadeonPro they have eliminated or at least reduced the issue on their Screen setups. So far, just using CRU hasn't really worked.

Yep, I got frame tearing with V-Sync off on Windows 10 and the frame rate is averaging 59fps when my display is at 60hz. I sent email to support, those having same issue should do the same.
