If you still see crashes while playing, try lowering your resolutions and graphics settings in the in-game options menu specifically - your shadows, post-processing, and anti-aliasing settings.

Full Screen and Windowed modes are locked at 1080, Windowed-Full auto sets the resolution.

If you want to play on 4K sadly you'll have to play on a next gen console.
